Russell Brand is amazing, I looked him up after seeing him a few times on tv and in movies, and this stuff is priceless. His vocabulary is better than most people too, which surprised me the most about his stand up.

I know the vocab is great which makes it more funny. The funniest thing about it is just by looking at him you don't expect he would be a very intelligent fellow, what with the drug use and crazy hair, and then he talks and its all so very smart. But I guess thats the problem with judging a book by it cover.

Hi, I loved Russell's Radio Shows..Love his banter with Matt Morgan..he has good chemistry when bouncing off someone and his vocabulary is sublime...but I really don't find his stand up funny..I can even sense that the audience doesnt find it particularly riveting..i can't hear raucous laughter and applause Ive come to enjoy with the likes of Ricky Gervais. The material is there..but I don't think he strings it into a particularly funny anecdote...Would be happy to discuss it with ne1 offended
